Blogger Description is a best part of blogs. It is says about Your website to search engines like google, Yahoo & Bing. So, You don't remove Description from Your blogs.
If You think Your blog description is big or small, You can change its font size. No way to change description blogger template designer. So, You can change it to another way.
First, Log in Your Blogger Account. Which blog You want to change blogger desctription font size, select its "Design" Link and Select "Edit HTML" tap. Tick it "Expand Widget Templates"

Radio box.In Edit Html Page, click "Download Full Template" Link and download your blog template (Theme). If You change anything to wrong, You can Upload this template file for blog is restore to normal.

Following Line (or) Next Line, You can see this line
font:normal 16px
(or)
font-size: 130%;Font size "16px" (or) "130%" You can change it. Save Template.
Refresh Your blog, You can see the different.
If you want to remove blog description, remove erase description text in blogger header.

should I change '$' to some digits?
